Hello, I’m Julien, originally from Brussels, Belgium. After graduating from an international business school and working as a business consultant for various companies in Europe for several years, I realized that a 50-hour office week in a temperate climate did not align with my life expectations.
I landed in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, in 2017, seeking a new professional challenge and the Caribbean lifestyle. Today, after three years of experience as a real estate broker in the idyllic coastal town of Las Terrenas, I decided it was time to provide better service to clients and take real estate services to another level. I found the perfect business partner in Michael, and together, we co-founded Ocean Edge Real Estate.

Hello, my name is Mica. I’m from France. I arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2016 after earning my MBA and gaining a year of experience in the marketing department of Michelin.
I initially came to learn Spanish and ended up falling in love with the island. Whenever there are waves or wind, I enjoy surfing or kitesurfing. I literally found the place that fits my lifestyle.
After 5 years managing hotels in different parts of the Dominican Republic, I decided to embark on a new professional career and join Julien in this new adventure. My experience in digital marketing and my knowledge of Las Terrenas, Samaná, will contribute to providing the best customer experience.
